The goods are delivered free-of-charge to all postal addresses worldwide. The clients are responsible for the additional taxes and customs duties for deliveries.

Warranty and Returns

As the goods supplied by ExclusiveTailor.Nets are of a custom-made nature, we in general cannot take back any products that have been delivered. If the products supplied by ExclusiveTailor.Nets are defective or damaged and are documented by the client, ExclusiveTailor.Nets will be responsible either for removal of the deficiencies or with a replacement delivery. If ExclusiveTailor.Nets is incapable to replace the product, the client is entitled to cancel the purchase or to have the purchase price reduced.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from ExclusiveTailor.Nets are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
